Welcome to 14 Eagle Crt in Islandview NB. This charming property is nestled along the banks of the Saint John River and offers breathtaking scenery. Watch the eagles and other birds soar over the river, in the early mornings and evenings you can witness fish jumping and hear the birds and other local wildlife as you sit on the balcony off the primary bedroom or in the all season room at the rear of the home. Immediately upon entry to this well-cared for home, you'll feel at home, from it's vast open area that houses the large living room with bright windows overlooking the river, the propane fireplace and the spacious kitchen and dining area. At the west end of the home sits the primary suite with its own en-suite bath, walk in closet and balcony. At the East end of the home you'll find the second upper level bedroom, a main level bathroom, laundry and the access to the 2 car garage. Make your way to the walk out basement and that where you experience the vastness of this sprawling bungalow. Here you'll find yet another large living room with walk out to the backyard, the 3rd and 4th bedroom spaces, another full bathroom and 3 large storage spaces, one of which houses the geothermal heat pump and potential wine cellar or cold room, the other 2 can be left to the imagination for how you would like to take advantage of the spaces. Step outside and you have a quaint little sitting area near the garage to sit in the shade of the mature trees between the house and the matching workshop, a workshop that offers so many possibilities for any hobbyist of craftsperson, note there are 2 sections to the workshop for a nice divided shop. As you look up the paved drive, you'll see yet another matching out building that can act as a cute garden shed or outside storage. At the rear of the home is where the river shows its glory. The steep bank was accessed in the past via a staircase to the water and could be again for the right visionary and steward of this property. (id:2493)
